Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines when submitting your files. Providing properly prepared artwork helps us produce your order accurately and efficiently.
File Requirements
For the best results, please provide high-quality artwork files whenever possible.
Recommended file formats:
- PDF (Preferred)
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- High-resolution PNG or JPG
Resolution
- Images should be at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality.
- Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
- Pixel Print Co. is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution artwork supplied by the customer.
Color Settings
For the most accurate printing results:
- Use CMYK color mode whenever possible.
- RGB files may require conversion before printing.
- Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitors, lighting, and printing processes.
Text and Fonts
Before submitting your artwork:
- Convert all fonts to outlines/curves when possible.
- Check all spelling and text carefully.
- Ensure all important information is included and correctly positioned.
Pixel Print Co. is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect text provided in customer artwork.
Bleed and Safe Area
For designs that extend to the edge of the product:
- Include bleed where required.
- Keep important text and logos inside the safe area to prevent unwanted cropping.
If you are unsure about bleed requirements for your specific product, please contact us before submitting your order.
Logos and Images
Customers must ensure they have the legal rights and permissions to use any:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Images
- Artwork
- Designs
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use the submitted materials.
Design Review
If your order requires a design review or proof approval, please carefully check:
- Spelling
- Colors
- Layout
- Sizes
- Images
- Final design details
Production will begin after approval when a proof is provided.
