Custom Products
All products offered by Pixel Print Co. are custom-made according to customer specifications.
Because products are created specifically for each customer, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has started unless agreed upon by Pixel Print Co.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order information
- Uploading correct artwork and files
- Confirming spelling, wording, colors, sizes, and design details before submitting an order
Pixel Print Co. is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or images submitted for printing.
Customers agree to hold Pixel Print Co. harmless from claims related to unauthorized use of submitted materials.
Proofs and Approvals
If a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Once approval is given, Pixel Print Co. will produce the order based on the approved design.
Production and Delivery
Production times may vary depending on order size, product type, and workload.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or customs procedures.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.
Payment must be completed before production begins.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Pixel Print Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed with us.
